THE PROBLEM
We all have a story that we eagerly want people around us to experience. So you get all excited and ready to tell this story to your friends. On the way to wherever your friend is, you think about its delivery. Or even the order in which you feel would be best. You think about it soo much that you have managed to confuse yourself. All the excitement you had is no more, and now all you have is a brilliant story with a sloppy delivery. Your friend doesn't react in the way you expected, and you feel disappointed. Next time, you type it on a word document, and to prevent overthinking on the way, you choose to e-mail the story to your friend. Yet, you manage to make a few last-minute changes before clicking the send button. After numerous reminders, your friend finally reads the story. Again, their reaction isn't what you expected because they managed to visualize the whole story wrong. You are again disappointed.
YOU MAKE A FILM
To tackle these issues, you decide that you need to make a film. You spend a few days thinking and visualizing, and a few more to shoot it. You have complete control over the story now. You have control over what your friend is seeing and what your friend listens. After spending a few more days on the edit, you give your friend your brilliant story in the form of a film. This time they understand what you've been trying to tell them. They may or may not like it, but definitely, they experience the story you had experienced and eagerly wanted to share. And the fact that you made a film and put it out on the internet makes the story immortal. Even if your friend doesn't like it, there might be at least one person in the WORLDWIDE WEB who enjoys it.
CAN YOU REALLY MAKE A FILM AT HOME?
Yes, without a doubt. You don't need to have a huge budget also. All you need is the desire to make a film and people willing to help. With the amount of development in the world, you have the privilege of carrying an amazing camera in your pocket(Smart-phones). Also, you can use the internet to learn basic techniques to know how to convey your message clearly to the audience. You can use platforms like YouTube to show your films to the world. It may not be easy, but it is totally not difficult to be able to make films from your home.
